Our Youth club Project provide programme and activities that combines the best elements of our career members and role model and most successful enterprise and employability schemes; our youth people network-wide and Youth club involved activities from Nigeria tales by moonlight session, afrobeat dance, Singalong / Choir, Theatre play workshop, Confident building and debate session and youth

Changing Futures programme. Young people gain a full understanding of available career options, through exploring a wide variety of career opportunities, experiencing the world of work and participating in enterprise activities. The programme embeds an understanding of the link between education and employment.
Inspiring Futures aims to:
improve young people’s ability to make career decisions and their optimism about the future;
help young people to increase attainment and be more likely to enrol in post-secondary education;
reduce young people’s likelihood of becoming unemployed; and
increase young people’s earnings after they complete their schooling.
As a Community Group we are focused on the

a culture that ensures all young people have the opportunity and capacity to have a voice and a meaningful, relevant role in the decisions that affect them and their Youth integration in to the society . Youth Voice will support young people to become active citizens, to be heard and valued within society at a local and national level, and to achieve positive tangible change.
We have been work in partner with parent and cares through previous project to progress all area of our existing project and will intensively with other youth organisation partner and stakeholders to create a model to embed Youth Voice within our borough . We will then roll that model out to the rest of London. The model will look at 8element:
